Amazing crew here. Traveling across Montana, we limped off the highway and landed on their doorstep by chance. They diagnosed and solved the issue so fast it was unbelievable. A new fuel filter installed and out the door in under an hour and I didn't even have to unhook the RV. Friendly honest people.

Wow! What can I say? Drove in town all the way from N. Carolina to see my brother in my old rusty 23yr old ford and the LR shock mount decayed to the point it fell off the frame!( new shocks installed a week earlier back home) additionally a couple other issues popped up that needed to be investigated. Cliff and his clan understood the urgency of my plight as I was to return to Carolina towing a camper with said truck and they wasted no time addressing the issues and putting me at ease... even fabricated a new shock mount(looks better than original) investigating a turbo oil leak and inspected the front hub and bearings. All this done after 10am drop offthe next morning and finished by closing time. And to top off their excellent service he went even further... customized a 15/16 th wrench to fit the jamb nuts on the new 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter hitch i had to use on the recessed flatbed... and the cost? Very reasonable. Thank you Cliff and crew for lowering my stress levels!🫠

On July 11 While on a road trip across Montana we stopped for fuel next door to Cliffs and I noticed the tire on our rental car had a bulge in the tire. I pulled next door to Cliffs and they said the tire was separating and took us right in and found a tire to get us back on the road extremely quick. Not only did they treat us like family while the tire was being changed they were beyond reasonable on the price. Knowing the situation a lot of shops would have jacked up the price but they did a great job at a fantastic price. Thanks so much for saving our families vacation across Montana!!

This car shop is absolutely fantastic. We bring our cars all the way from Idaho for Cliff to work on. He has serviced multiple vehicles for myself, my company, and friends. The front of the house the back of the house is world class. They have performed tire, brake, steering linkage, gas and electric repairs. I feel much safer on the road after my vehicle has been at Cliffs. I'm impressed with their shop rates. I'm impressed with their technical know how. I'm very impressed with how quick they turn around vehicles without ever having an issue with quality. I'm serious. Cliffs is a diamond when it comes to mechanics. The two ladies I've talked to that run the desk are great to work with. They communicate timelines/issues, they work with your schedule, and deliver all around fantastic customer service. And the mechanics are world class. I won't make the mistake of taking my vehicle to any other mechanic here in Whitehall, or Townsend, or Boise. Cliffs are guy, and he should be yours too. Thank you again so much for the repeated fantastic work.

We were driving across Montana and the skid plate under our vehicle had become partially detached and was dragging. We stopped into Cliffs and they squeezed us in and were able to secure the plate for the rest of our trip. Their staff was friendly and the price was incredibly reasonable. They also had a very nice air conditioned waiting area to sit in while they took care of our vehicle. We would definitely stop here again!!
